By accessing or using AutoimmuneClarity's website, mobile applications, consultations, educational guides, and other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
AutoimmuneClarity provides an online platform that connects individuals living with autoimmune conditions to vetted healthcare specialists for educational consultations, and offers evidence-based educational guides and resources. Our Services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
OUR SERVICES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The information provided through our platform, including specialist consultations and educational guides, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Account Registration

5. Consultations
Doctor consultations facilitated through our platform are educational in nature. Doctors provide lifestyle guidance, health education, and general information about autoimmune conditions. Doctors engaged through our platform do not establish a doctor-patient relationship with you, do not diagnose conditions, and do not prescribe medications or treatments. Consultation availability, duration, and pricing are subject to change. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation for a full refund.
6. Educational Guides & Purchases
Educational guides are digital products available for purchase. Once purchased, guides are available for immediate download. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless the guide is materially defective or substantially different from its description. We reserve the right to update guide content to reflect current medical understanding. Purchased guides are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (e) use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others; (f) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (g) collect user information without consent; or (h) use the Services in any way that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, educational materials, and software, is the property of AutoimmuneClarity or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance practices. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle all health-related information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOIMMUNECLARITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoimmuneClarity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
