Last updated: April 2026
Welcome to AutoimmuneClarity. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoimmuneClarity's website, mobile applications, education sessions, educational guides, and other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
AutoimmuneClarity provides an online platform that connects individuals living with autoimmune conditions with vetted specialists for educational sessions, and offers educational guides and resources developed from credible sources. Our Services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
OUR SERVICES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The information provided through our platform, including specialist sessions and educational guides, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our Services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, visit your nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
5. Education Sessions
Education sessions facilitated through our platform are educational in nature. Specialists provide lifestyle information, health education, and general information about autoimmune conditions. Specialists engaged through our platform do not establish a provider-member relationship with you, do not diagnose conditions, and do not prescribe medications or treatments. Specialists may be located in a country or state different from yours and provide general education only. The Services are not telehealth and are not the practice of medicine in your location. Session availability, duration, and pricing are subject to change. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
6. Educational Guides & Purchases
Educational guides are digital products available for purchase. Once purchased, guides are available for immediate download. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless the guide is materially defective or substantially different from its description. We reserve the right to update guide content to reflect current medical understanding. Purchased guides are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (e) use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others; (f) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (g) collect user information without consent; or (h) use the Services in any way that violates these Terms.

9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle health-related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOIMMUNECLARITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoimmuneClarity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
