Our Story

It started with a diagnosis and a lot of silence.

Hariharan Arulmozhi, a tech entrepreneur, was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and found himself in unfamiliar territory. The diagnosis came, but the answers did not. He did not know what it meant for his daily life, what changes to make, or even what questions to ask next.

Friends and family stepped in, sending research, videos, and articles they had found on his behalf. That early support helped him feel less alone and gave him a starting point. But as the initial wave of reassurance settled, the real challenge began: making sense of it all.

He spent hours researching on Google, watching videos on YouTube, and reading through medical articles and patient forums. Some of the information was helpful. Much of it was conflicting. And none of it felt personalized enough to act on with confidence.

What made it harder was the wait. Being in the US, getting an appointment with a specialist meant a two to three month waiting period. For someone recently diagnosed and looking for guidance, that wait felt overwhelming.

So he took a different approach. He began connecting with specialists across the globe, finding doctors with deep expertise in autoimmune conditions, and building ongoing relationships with them. The regular conversations with these professionals changed everything. He started understanding his condition more clearly, making better lifestyle choices, feeling more in control, and most importantly, feeling hopeful.

That personal turning point became the foundation for AutoimmuneClarity. Hariharan brought this idea to Dr. Prakruthi Jaladhar, a practicing rheumatologist who shared the same vision for accessible, patient-centered autoimmune education. Together, as co-founders, they built AutoimmuneClarity from the ground up, with a single goal: to give every autoimmune patient access to the kind of specialist guidance that made such a difference in Hariharan's own life.

The Gap We Fill

Between diagnosis and daily life

Getting diagnosed with an autoimmune condition is only the beginning. What comes after is often harder: the unanswered questions, the conflicting information online, the short appointments that leave you with more confusion than clarity.

Most patients walk out of their doctor's office knowing what they have, but not how to live with it. That space between diagnosis and daily life is where AutoimmuneClarity was built to help.

We are not a telehealth platform. We do not prescribe, diagnose, or replace your medical team. What we do is give you access to real specialists who take the time to explain your condition, answer your questions, and help you feel more prepared and more in control of your own health.

What We Believe

Our guiding principles

Clarity over confusion

You deserve clear, honest answers about your condition, explained by qualified professionals in language that actually makes sense.

People over algorithms

Every consultation on our platform is with a real, experienced healthcare professional. Not a chatbot. Not a symptom checker. A human who understands what you are going through.

Education as empowerment

When you understand your condition better, you make better decisions. You ask better questions. You advocate for yourself more effectively. That is the kind of change we want to create.

Access for everyone

Autoimmune conditions do not discriminate, and neither should access to quality guidance. Our virtual consultations and digital resources are designed to reach patients wherever they are.
