What We Never Do

Health information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described, then deleted or de-identified, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Our services are primarily operated from the United States. If you access our platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Cross-Border Access

Some of our specialists are located outside your country, including in India. When you book a session, the information needed for that session may be accessed from another country, with appropriate safeguards. If a breach of your sensitive personal information occurs, we will notify you, and where required the FTC and the media, within the timeframes the law requires.
